Erin holds an MA in Disability Studies, a post-bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a BA in Psychology. They are currently pursuing their PhD in Community Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University. With years of experience in human resources, recruitment, training, policy development, and research, Erin has worked across various industries such as media, manufacturing, non-profit, education, retail, and recreation.
Erin is dedicated to a strengths-based approach, empowering neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, with a focus on environmental adaptation and self-advocacy. Their collaborative and adaptive approach to working with clients is deeply informed by their personal journey as a neurodivergent person, shaping both perspectives and strategies.
New offering: Erin has expanded their practice into executive functioning coaching for adults (ADHD diagnosis not required). Through their work in supporting the executive functioning of clients in the workplace, their support now includes skills like organization, time management, prioritization, and task initiation beyond the workplace.
