Psychotherapy aims to help individuals address mental health challenges using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Psychotherapy focuses on healing and managing emotional and psychological difficulties, fostering deeper self-awareness and long-term well-being.

Coaching, on the other hand, is designed for those seeking to achieve specific personal or professional goals. It’s a peer support service that offers a more future-oriented process, emphasizing action, motivation, and growth related to your performance and productivity. Coaching is not equivalent to psychotherapy treatment.

We offer personalized services so that you can achieve your goals. Our goals are to support you in living a happier and more fulfilling life. Both psychotherapy and coaching can complement each other, depending on your needs.

ChRistianne Teixeira

I am Christianne Teixeira (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario. I am committed to supporting individuals through a compassionate, client-centered and affirming approach. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, where I majored in psychology and sociology.

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual has unique strengths and deserves to be seen and heard for who they truly are. I am passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care, which emphasizes the importance of recognizing and celebrating the diverse ways we experience the world, rather than simply focusing on “fixing” challenges. I work collaboratively with you to understand your needs and provide support that aligns with your unique circumstances. I aim to provide a safe space where therapy feels relevant, meaningful, and empowering for you.

I am here to walk with you on your journey, offering understanding and guidance every step of the way. Please contact me for a free consultation.
